This makes me not want to order a Matrix mod now, unless solutions are found.

Red and green flashing after modding usually means that the bios is not being detected properly which points to one of the LPC points not making contact. However the XBOX will flash red and green for many reason such as the fan not being plugged in etc. Try removing the mod and see if it still flashes. If it works then you know it's the mod is not seating properly. You may have to fill the LPC holes with solder if they are not filled already to get a good contact.

If I get 3 reboots you know hat that means??? it means thta the D0 point isn't touching properly most of the time so try and realign the chip

But the d0 point is only to disable the xbox bios. If it's not touching properly then the bios won't be disabled and the xbox should boot as normal. Red green flashing in my experience usually means d0 point is connected therefore BIOS is disabled but when it looks for the bios from the chip it cannot be read because of a poor contact on the LPC hence the flashing.

my Xbox continues to blink after I remove the Matrix Chip and I have verified to hookups. your explination sounds about right about the d0 but what do I do if i dont have a solder iron or anything experience using one?

Im wanting to get back onto my primary focus.
Troubleshooting has been 90% of this project on my end.

This is crazy. You're the 3rd person on here I've seen so far who has put a Matrix in without touching a soldering iron then got a red/green flash and then taken the chip out but still got a flash. Are you 100% sure about all the connections? Are they in firmly? Do you think you may have accidentally knocked or damaged a small part on the motherboard?

Yes im absolutely sure everything is reconnected and secure. I manufacture PC's and other devices on the side and Im fully aware of the existing configuration. yet and still it continues to not boot. I have not damaged anything as far as I can see on the board.
