green screen on starview 2 the box

    hi i really need help with my starview.

    i currently have starview 2 'the box' but when i flick throught he channels the screen goes green then freezes and the box restarts. i am currently living in ireland and using firmware ver 4.51e_E i think. and the loader is 4.00 i think. i don't really understand it now. all or any help would be greatful. thanks in advance steve
