Grudge

Anyone having problems???
anydvd is cracking Arcoosand puppetlock fine but when using clonedvd2 with the recent update it give me an error:

E:/Video.ts/vts_08_3.vob invalid file size
[ osutillo[wstring]]

anyone?

 

Having same problem. Tried a little of this and that. I'm still experimenting.

 

of least I'm not the only one are u using anydvd with clone dvd2?

I just successfully backedup the grudge i ran anydvd in the background and ran dvdshrink and burnt with decrypter with no problem after trying several different methods. Hope this helps

 

works fine using DVD shrink for me.

 

Hrm, when I used decrypter to copy the files, shrink to edit them, and Nero to burn them, I get 2 minutes of "dead air" on the disc.

 

what did u do? use decryper and than shrink to burn while having anydvd in the back running?

Right now i'm ripping with decrypter and any dvd running than I will use shrink to burn and that should be it?

I'm having these issues with both The Grudge and Little Black Book.

Using AnyDVD in the background for all processes. With CloneDVD I get this error: Scheduler 0 /VideoTS/VTS_10_1.VOB:23: read error TCSectorReader TCE

With using decrypter to copy all files and shrink to edit them, the output is black dead air at the begining of the file.

 

I cpoied Little Black Book allready make sure you have the updated for both anydvd and clonedvd2 and it should work fine. for some reason that combination is not working on the grudge now I'm looking for alternate ways to copy.

 

I tried decrypter on Grudge and it had so many errors that in the error box it said arrgh and stopped logging the errors. Then it could not break the CSS encryption and I was using the new beta version of Anydvd. I'll try again tomorrow. Hopefully someone comes out with a bullett proof way to copy it. Time will tell.

 

Just finished backing up The Grudge by using DVD Decrypter, then DVD Shrink3.2 and burned using Clone DVD2. I get about 4 mins of black screen in chapter 1, but then fast forward and chapter 1 goes back to 0 and the movie starts...weird. Had exactly the same outcome with The Forgotten. Anyone else doing better than this?

 

works great andydvd in the back and ripped w decrypter reauthored and burned with shrink great!!!!

 

slider, thats the exact error i described with the black screen. It's weird but if I dont fast forward the black will keep replaying itself.

Also, last 2...I tried little black book with AnyDVD 4.5.7.1 and CloneDVD 2.7.1.1 and get cyclic redundancy check errors.

I think people get varied results with different DVD drives. I'm personally using a Lite-On LDW-811S with the latest firmware.

 

using sony dru 710 dl burner dvd r at 16x with the latest firm ware. look at my last reply it worked for me make sure you have all the updates!!!

 

is there anything higher than AnyDVD 4.5.7.1?

it worked for me , no problems backing up the grudge . hope this helps

weird - so far the backup is starting with the new version of CloneDVD on my Sony DVD drive, but not on my lite-on.

 

i backed it up with my liteon drive without a problem using the beta version of clonedvd2 . im not sure what the problem is and why your drive wont back it up . sorry i cant be more help , i was only trying to provide a solution to the problem of not being able to back up the grudge .
