Gt4! my computer says it is a 3.09 gig disk and apache 3 does not work i need HELP

    help my dvd drive says gt4 is a 3.09 gig disk! my computer CAN read dual layer disks usualy but not this time! and apache 3 does not work when i try and make an iso from cd/dvd it says it has encountered a problem and needs to close can any one help?

    The problem with windows is that it only shows the size of the files that are on the disc, not the total space taken up on the disc by empty space etc.

    if your dvd writer is dual layer it should read both layers.gt4 is way bigger than 3.09gb even without the free space(like over 5gb).im thinking you might have a nondual layer drive.but anyway you could make an iso image with dvd decrypter even if you dont have a dual layer drive.what i mean is that the iso will have both layers.then you could use apache 2(i havent used apache3 i think that just came out recently)to extract each layer seperately.then you would use the gt4 ripkit to fit it to a dvd5,which i assume you are trying to do.if so,here is a link to a thread that explains how to use the ripkit: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/215155
