GTA IV PC PATCH/ razor CD CRACK ERRO ISSUE, PLZ HELP!!

Okay so i HAVE The GTA IV PC RAZOR GAME. It comes with its own crack an all and was able to install the game perfectly, and play it perfectly.

Well not exactly play it perfectly, cause the PC version of the game has some Frame rate issues, even though have i have a very High end pc.
8800GTX 768MB CARD TO A AMD quadcore CPU, with 2gigs of ram.

Anyways Just recently Rockstar came up with a patch, now i got the patch from your typical torrent website. But the issue i am having is after i patch the game, for some reason while i am playing the game it seems to be stuck with the left directional movement. It keeps moving left, with out my pressing on the left arrow key on my keyboard pc. I copied an pasted the crack again but gives me an error the next time i try to launch the game. I uninstalled and then reinstalled, and the same issue with the directional movements. Also when i got to like the menu screens on the boot where it askes to press enter to accept, or press ESC to quite etc. At the bottom it keeps flashing back an forth towards the xbox 360 icons to the regular pc icons. So if any one can help me an let me know exactly whats going on would be great!
