I have solution for QUAD CPU's (because Your method doesn't work on my hardware) 1). Open GTA:SA. 2). ALT+TAB return to Windows. 3). CTRL+ALT+DEL "Task Manager". 4). Right Click "gta_sa.exe" and click "processor affinity". 5). Select CPU 1. (Maybe after this point mouse is ok but not my, so I do little cfg 6). Click on GTA:SA shortcut and select "Properties" 7). Go to "Compability" tab. 9). Select "Run this program in compability mode for" and on the list select "Windows 98 / Windows Me" That's all, mouse works pretty. Thanks bro for Your solution.
