After downloading GTA:VCS from PSPISO.us (not .com!) and a lot of work, I finally get it to load on my PSP. On the first loading screen, it stays there. Here's a screenshot.
How can I solve this problem?

    EDIT: Image is broken?

EDIT2: It's a .cso file and the image for the loading screen varies as I have just tried it again.

    Any help is appreciated.

Yeah. It's a simple problem to fix. All you gotta do is change your driver to the Sony one. The way to do it is the either press select while your in xmb and change the driver that in your case should say m33 driver or Normal and switch is to the one that has Sony in front of it. If that doesn't work, turn your psp fully off and turn it back on but press R while doing it. It should take you to the recovery menu. Once in the recovery menu, go to configuration and change the driver there. Then quit and your game should work! :p

Well, if it works, no problems. but i would have guessed the problem is in plugins.
Once i went playing GTA:VCS multiplayer with my friends ,and it flashed the text "insert umd" or sumthin.

then i went and disabled all the plugins and it worked perfectly.

Glad it worked for you and i think the plugins were blocking your wifi or wenrt working with your driver so multiplayer didnt work.
