Hello, got our ILO DVDRHD04 for abt a year now. We are now having problems with the dvd recorder. It doesnt recognize any kind of blank disc nor it can read the previously recorded shows. Can we replace the dvd recorder with the one we normally use in PC? if yes, what brand or any brand will do? or we just need to clean the lens? or is there any firmware that can solve this problem?
