    Guide problem with [bold].dvd[/bold] files

Copy DVD to DVD-R using DVD Decrypter (DVDs smaller than 4.36GB)
    http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/small_dvd_2_dvdr.cfm

Page 3, Paragraph 2 & Picture 2, refer to a file with extension .dvd, that is not correct.

Now you need to select the image file from the harddrive. Click the source filename in DVD Decrypter's window and it pops up a file dialog. [bold]Note that if you have other than NTFS filesystem, you might have multiple files on your harddrive now, one of them is with extension .DVD and this is the file you need to select[/bold] -- if you have NTFS, select the only file you see in the directory you selected and click OK.

    As I explained here. AGAIN!

    The guide here is wrong.
It has been wrong for almost 3 years.

Copy DVD to DVD-R using DVD Decrypter (DVDs smaller than 4.36GB)

DVD Decrypter 3.0.0.14 Released: 19th March 2002 creates a [bold].dvd[/bold] file for burning.

DVD Decrypter from 3.0.0.15 Released: 23rd March 2002 up to the present version creates a [bold].mds[/bold] file for burning.

I have not gone too far with this request, so maybe we need another way.

Could there be a link on each guide to PM the author, or if the guide author does not want to be PM'd, to leave feedback to the AD staff?

Some of the guides do not have any indication of who the author is. There are several other guides, that I could suggest corrections or improvements for, but there is not a way to do this, except for the guides where the author is listed.

Many of the new guides have this information in a version history on the last page, but there are just as many that do not.

    Veblin,

Send a PM to dela. I know he makes alot of the guides for aD. Have you tried sending a PM to Ketola or dRD?
