^^If you selected the option to install the utilities (slowest) that will install all of the extras from step #4, and you can skip that step. As far as using the clean MS option from step #3, you can use that if you are installing for the first time, or if you had a previous version of UPMS already on your memory stick and you want to just start fresh.

oh i forgot. do i still need to install 371-m33 update4 inc.150kernel/update and clean fat nand dump to mem stick from step 4?

^^I dont think you did anything wrong-That is just how it works on the slim...That means it wont allow you to switch folders as the slim psp does not have the capability of running 1.50 kernel-> Are you able to run the downgrader (ie; DCv4 or v5) to install the firmware on your slim psp? Have you tried yet?

Can the UPMS trick be apply to a 3.90 cfw m33-2 full brick psp, along with formated flash 1? Also can a pandora battery actually start a PSP, like initiating a green light without manually pressing power on?

Yes you can unbrick a fully bricked psp-And if you have your battery set up as a pandora (or service mode) it will power on the psp as soon as you insert the battery.

Will this work on a 3.95 official firmware?

You cannot run the UPMs maker under OFW, but once you've created the stick and pandora's battery you will be able to installed CFW.

Please note: www.noob911.com IS NOT the official website for UPMS, therefore I would please ask you to remove it from your posts and the first page.

I am the developer of this software and have left due to various reasons to do with the other Admin there.

If you continue to post this link saying it's the official site, then you will be hurting future updates from my self.

So not only do they ban me from their website, they want to rip my software off as well.

If this link is not removed I will have to contact a mod on this.

There will be an official site soon that can support this and future development and projects from me.

Gh0st - Developer of UPMS and Ultimate Loader.

    You are the shiznit BRONZ3gst!

By the way, Deeznuts. You really need to update your 'guide' on V4. There is no instructions what so ever on how to work the new UPMS.

What are you having troubles with? The guide should be pretty much self-explanatory.

    I have a silly question.

I unbrick / downgrade PSP's all the time, up to this point the person who I am performing the free service to would just let me know what CF they wanted before hand so I can install it for them on the spot.

Now I still get some requests for OE and 3.51 M33. With UPMS would I be able to load 3.XX OE or 3.51 M33 like 3.52 m33 for example?

I know 3.52 m33 was built in, if it is possible to load 3.XX OE or 3.51 M33 would someone please let me know what steps to take.

    Thankyou

    Hi,

I think you can go to 3.51 for the hellcat menu, to goto an OE version you'd have to use original pandora's menu, goto 1.5 and have the update to run from the memory stick.

To use/install previous versions of firmware such as 3.40OE, or 3.51M33, you would have to use the MUX 2.1 program and place the update(s) for that particular firmware in the UPDATE folder located within the MUX folders. I put together a little step-by-step on how to use the MUX program a few pages back prior to the V4 release for folks that wanted to install 3.90M33 with the 1.50 kernel patch(At that time the UPMS installed 3.80M33-5)-It would be the same for previous versions as well (just substitute the firmware update for whichever version you plan to use-ie; 3.03-OE, 3.40OE-A, etc..instead of using the 3.90 update as indicated in the tutorial)
