Ive burned the rock band track pack volume 2 with imageburn and the game works fine. I can move around with wii remote but the guitar and drums wont connect. I searched on here and google but the only thing ive found was a possible patch for the drums, nothing for the guitar. Is there a patch for the guitar? If so can someone direct me to it or show me what I need to do thanks.

Alright, I am not sure the specifics of your problems so I will try to address every possible issue.
1st: It really depends on which guitar you have. Rock Band Track Pack Volume 2 is based off of Rock Band (Original), so you will need a Rock Band branded guitar in order to play the game, Guitar Hero guitars will not work.

2nd. If you are using a Rock Band guitar, the problem likely falls to the fact that it is USB, and since your Wii is modded, you likely don't have the proper IOS that enables USB-Controller compatibility.
If this is the problem you go to the following URL for the solution:

The second solution will fix the issue with the USB Drum and Guitar.
If you are having problems with compatibility you could check out this:
