    I'm a 16-year-old guitarist/vocalist from Cut Bank, MT hoping to start a modern rock band. A drummer, bassist, and guitarist are needed. Hopefully, you can sing too.     your only 16...your kinding me right....Last time i checked you have to be 18 for most of the stuff you need to do.
