H.264 dvd players

I can play H.264 movies on my computer but when I burn them with Nero 7 as data files like I do for avi/divx movies they don't play in my RCA hd upconverter dvd player that works well with divx. Are there any upconverter hd dvd players that handle H.264 format...thanks

 

This site only list six machines that can handle h.264 - and one of them is a Playstation.
