Hack xbox 360 (not working for me) need some help guys.

hey,
I've been trying to flash my xbox 360 the last few days without success. 'DOH'
trying to get my orig.bin file.

my dvd drive is a samsung ms28, I'm using xtreme boot maker to make my usb drive bootable. my sata chipset is a "Intel(R) 82801FB Ultra ATA Storage Controllers - 2651" and driver is up to date.

my 360 dvd drive is connected to my sata port 0. (there are 4 port's)
I'm booting up in dos from the bootable usb drive,
then i write "mtkflash r/m/sata orig.bin" (Enter),
(turn off xbox360)
and then I can choose to diffrent units.
1. xtreme, master
2. xtreme, slave

It makes no diffrence what I choose it just say:
port:ec00, master/slave: a0

I have tryed the 10 sec method nothing helps.

please help me I'm getting sick of this.. ); buuuhhhh..
