hal.dll Missing.........vista wont boot help please

    well woke up 1 day and tuened pc on and black screen

    Vista cant find hal.dll sumat like that enyway defo hal.ddl

    i have to start up with the vista disk in and its starting to get annoying soo can enyone help please :)
