Half life 2

    Hi,
    I wonder if someone can help. When ever I am playing half life 2, every now and again it seems to think a direction button is stuck (i.e Forward, back, strafe left/right) and I have to esc out and it seems fine for a bit and does it again. ANyone know why it does it and how to stop it???

    I have actaully noticed while also playing F.E.A.R it does the same thing!!! ANy ideas how I stop this???
