ok i started an account for xbox and for halo 2 of course but i had my credit card stolen months ago and im trying to log in but i cant. i go to the dashboard then to main menu, and then to credit card. it says to enter the last 4 digits of my credit card but i cant because its stolen and i do not remember the last 4 digits. can someone please help me because i wish to cancel my halo 2 yearly payment so i can start an account for when halo 3 comes out, thank you it would be appreciated
Have you tried locating a past monthly statement? They usualy contain your card and exp date numbers.
