So I decided to see If I could get on top of the level 343 Guilty Spark and I succeeded. ABove the map there are about 5 dead flood bodies and all the way back at the beginning, behind the false bakround images I found a marine just standing there. It must be a left over character model they used for reference. Just thought it was really cool! Oh and when you hit him he says..."Learn how to aim that thing"
Theres a few crazy glicthes on that level. You can also get back in the pelican when it drops you off I think...or it might of been on top of the pelican.
there are a few levels where you dont even have to play, while jumping off a bridge landing on an angle will not kill master c. and it doesnt let the game load up ne enimies until you go back to where you jumped off
On most Co-op levels, if you die and your buddy loads you on Legendary, most of the time you'll be invincible. But anyway, on Outskirts, you can jump all the way to the Hotel by just going to the skull.
I think my personal fav is the level outskirts, part2. When you need to go through the outside of town and get to the tunnel to head off the covie forces. When you get to the tunnel, try reaching the top of the tunnel by the sniper tower. If you time your grenade jumps right you can get up there. If you get up, make your way back to the begining of the level and you come across 2 snipers, about 6 insects and a phantom. CRAZY CRAP!!! The snipers can't see you if you go through the image of the building placeholders either. They assume you just dissappeared! But be carefull when you first approach the area, because unlike the other levels of the game, these snipers will snipe you from unbelievable distances!
you notice that when you get to somewhere in the game(any game) ur not normally allowed to go, the game looks really unfinished? halo 2 - the buildings vanish close to the ground, and completely vanish once behind them
yeah, i agree! I figured thru testing, based on the glitches and availability of roaming from Halo 1, that bungie would at least touch up those out of game areas knowing you'de find a way to get there. At least put some more easter eggs in besides dumb skulls!
Lol! There's this one were you get the heretic by the leg with a plasma gernade when he's going up through the vents. When the gernade explodes the whole building explodes as if it were one huge plasma gernade. It takes down your shield out to but the heretics dead!
