Hard cocde .ass directly to video?

Ok after 2 hours looking around I can not do it easily, I have everything set up in the ass file, I do not want to change or lose anything so I need a stream copier to do with with. There was one called glimb,glib,gibl something like that I used it once or twice but now cant find it.
