Hard Drive Data Recovery

Is there a program that can recover data from a Hard Drive.

 

i have a tool that can recover most files and folders that have be deleted. just pm me with a email address ill be happy to send it to you.

 

I'm trying to recover data from a crashed Hard Drive, not a deleted file. Thank you thou.
