Ok, I have recently Softmodded my xbox (EvolutionX V 3935) using the Splinter Cell exploit. I was changing and renaming some files around and now I get Errors 13 and 16. I tried to see if I can still access though FTP...no good. I tried to use HDD Driver to see if I can access the files on the HDD and rename them back to what it was before (I read that you can access the files)...no good, I couldn't access the files whatsoever (and yes I unlocked it). I was stumped, so then I felt like trying Slayers Auto Installer to see if it works, and it didn't. I have a backup of C and E drives, I have the lock/unlock code. Do I need a new HDD? (Please say no...)
Error Codes: 13 - Kernel - Dashboard launch fail and the dashboard didn't specify why it failed. 16 - Dashboard - Other files to do with dashboard / dashboard settings (specific dashboard error) You should use your back-up drives. You may have rearranged the wrong thing...see if that works.
