Hi there. I have this really annoying problem on my PC. I just reformatted my computer and this error is still there. Yes, I did use google and have found answers that did not solve my problems, so here goes nothing... When I double-click on D: (backup drive) I get the following message: "Please go to the Control Panel to install and configure system components". Can anyone please advise me?
