Hard drive replacement question

    Can someone tell me whether or not there are any limitations on what brand/specs/etc the replacement hard drive should be for a modded XBox?

    From what I've seen, the only limit is whether it is lockable - for live play. I am upgrading mine, did a search on the forms and found a link to a site that lists most hdd specs.

    I have two XBoxes... the modded XBox will never be used for Live, so I should be okay then, correct?

    You'll be fine. You can use the modded box on sites like xbconnect etc.

    yes you'll be fine the only drawback is that you won't be able to disable your mod it will have ot be turned on all the time becuase it will give you a erros when trying to boot up as a normal xbox you will only be able to reach the M$ dash through evox.
