This is a subject I know nothing about. But in short I would like to save my downloaded films of various formats to an external drive that I can hook up like a digital vid recorder and play on my tv. Is there such a unit. I guuess this may be a MLOM (man lands on moon) question. But i would be very greatfull for some advise. Regards !!!!!
you can connect your tv to your computer using S-VIDEO, or if you wanna go hi-def you can connect it using DVI-HDMI or something like that, your computer screen will project onto the tv and you'll be able to launch your videos from your favorite players your right such a thing doens't really exist but you can use apple tv if you want, basicly what your looking for? http://www.apple.com/appletv/ -tripplite
