I have a very strange problem, I have two hard drive in my computer, master and a slave. My slave drive is no longer accessable, windows cannot see it but when I go to device manager it's says it's there and working properly. But when I go to acess the drive from my computer it is not there. I'm not a novice, I can't think of how to fix it. I have tried all other conventional ideas, such new cable or change IDE channels. I'm stuck, how can the Bios see it and not windows
Have you been able to see this drive before, or has it never worked, if the second one then you might need to set up a drive partition, unless you already have one, or if you have seen it you might need to redo ur partition... I hope this helps you.
