hard drive

    is it possible to use your computers hard drive instead of buying the 360 hard drive?

    Nope. But you can put a bigger Hard Drive inside the case of the 360 Hard Drive. Will see if I can find the guid.

    Domreis, I'm sorry but thats not possible.

    You have to stick with the m$ harddrive until we have made more advancements.

    sure you could plug a harddrive in there, but it would be as useful as tits on a bull.

    the 360 will not read it, and you will have a broken 360 harddrive. Please do not try to do this Gamester1, unless you bought it from a place with a very very good return policy.

    Well, I have done some reading and I am going to try this. When I posted I read that it worked but, I guess we will find out when I try it out. Will keep you guys posted

    My friend tried it, didn't work, the xbox just doesn't detect it, so can't format it.

    This might be doable some day when they figure out a way to make a file system trasfer from the xbox one to our regular pc (FAT or NTSC).

    I am going to comfirm that this didn't work, I got the error:

    Error 39
    Pleas contact microsoft at 1-800-4my-xbxox

    I connected my 360 drive to my PC, and I couldn't read any files.

    I am going to leave this one up to the hackers.
