Harddrive dismonunts when trans.big file

    When transferring(FTP)files over 1 GB from Windows 7 to my EXT3 formatted HDD drive (ESATA drive at Dreambox 500 HD Sat. receiver) ESATA drive dismounts.

    drive is mounted as /dev/sda 1 but in fstab th "1" is missing ?

    probably sonething to do with the hardware, but the usb looks a little strange as defaults.. try rw, noauto

    whether it specifies sda1/2/3 depends if there are any sdax already defined.. as there are not it's leaving it pluggable and making an assumption there will only be one partition on external media.
