    my friend is a member of this site, he won't tell me what the site is, but here's his description and he is on it all the time.

    Supposedly it is like Gamefaqs, where you have "Rep", sorta like karma, and like people give requests to a download link to like megadupload.com, and if someone finds the link, their REP goes up, does it ring the bell?
