Has microsoft ever banned a gamertag due to piracy?

    Has microsoft ever banned a gamertag due to piracy?

    I've searched but I can't find an example. All the articles I find say that the players have been banned, but I know for sure those bans were console bans.

    I just bought a second xbox, so I can flash it, and I don't care if it gets banned or not. But I would care if my gamertag did.

    if you get banned the console does,only gamertags i know to be banned are ones that are not approved by ms

    There was a temp ban a while ago on Forza 3 I think.

    yea a temp ban that isnt over until 12-31-9999......
