Has symbol rate changed

Hi Folks
Am in c****s area and tried a scan to get any extra stuff but ended up with nothing . cables have not been moved
I did a full pwerscan and set symbol to 6875 but nothing showed up.
Will a factory reset sort me out. Am in dog house with female family members at mo .

 

6875 should be fine. Try the reset and see what happens. What box have you got?

 

Thanks it was correct. I did a factory reset and that did the trick.
I have a eurovox. I dont have liverpool channel or celtic channels which a lot of starviews have in my area. Do you know if its possible to manually get them

 

Perhaps if you give your area, then someone might be able to give you the frequency.
