Have a file (a movie) that I can't delete!!!!

    I have a movie in a file all by itself that I can't delete no matter what I try. I tried simple DELETE by right clicking, also NORTON SYSTEM WORKS-[WIPE OUT]Tried to quarentine file in NORTON antiviris but computer just locks up ie. "not responding" thought it was a large file so left 'not responding'run all night to no avail. Any ideas how to DELETE short of reformating HD? TOM P.S Have scanned file with NORTON ANTIVRIS says no viris found(have latest definations installed). HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Try deleteing it from safemode or even recovery console hehe ... usually that takes care of most of the usual causes.

    or a simple reboot, usually fixes for me - but hey whats wrong with formatting?
