"....Transcoding of videos failed" Well in MY case, this problem was caused when I used Nero's Smart3D template. I tried the default template and it worked. Well hopefully this is what causing the error to other people too, and the transcoding error has only happened to me with the templates. It probably happens in other cases too, but well, hopefully this will help some people. Thanks To make this short: Donst use the Smart3D templates if the error occurs!!
