have error problem that won't go away

    Have tryed to copy dvd but half way through the prosess stops with a error message ( failed to read sector 2067621 l-ec uncorrectable).
    Sorry to ask but this is making me crazy.John

    Sounds like your disc is either scratched, dirty, smudged or a bad press. Try cleaning it off. I'm assuming this is Hide & Seek from your other post. If it is and you've tried all the other proggy's exchange it for a new one - more than likely a bad press.
