Hi, I tried to burn dvd with nero 6, but not succeed. When I clicked "burn", it went to "save image files" and asked me to save it. So I went to "nero info tool" to check, and under the column "drive", it showed that it doesn't support "burning dvd-R, dvd-RW....", and also under the column "ASPI", it showed that "the ASPI files(s) are missing". (I am using WinXP and have combo drive). May i ask why i have such problems ? and what can i do ? How to solve this problems ?

For Nero ASPI, it showed that it is working properly.

Please tell me what i can do in details, as i need to burn some dvds. Thanks a lot !!!!

    Hello.

The term, combo drive, is usually used to describe a drive that burns CDs but only reads DVDs. If that's the case, you won't be able to burn DVDs. If none of the DVD items have checkmarks, you don't have a DVD burner. Also make sure the correct drive is selected in the Nero Info Tool menu. It would help if you posted the brand and model of your burner for verification.

If you are sure you have a DVD burner, make sure it is selected as the "recorder" in Nero 6. If "image recorder" is selected as the recorder, you will be prompted to save the "burn" as an image file.
