Have you heard of a 64GB flash drive?

I was checking out where to buy good flash drives for my self
and I came across a 64gb flash drive for $89 and a 128gb flashdrive
for $100 so I was wondering do you even get those

Are you talking USB flash (external) or solid state disk (internal)? I've seen USB drives as big as 64 GB http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=4199941&Sku=T555-1252
and reports of 128GB to come. As far as 128GB currently, up to now its been the newer technology SSD.
