having major problems unlocking nokia 3220

    nokia 3220 ime#356208001864197 when i put in codes and push last # nothing happens. codes are still on screen what am i doing wrong, i really want this phone unlocked. had att service when got this phone, now i have cingular and am trying to use my cingular simcard in it, please advise.

    when you put in your new sim, does the fone say "enter restrictiuon code" or something similar?
