having problem with digivox, lost all channels

i have a digivox DV3 (2OO7) software version V02-2.500BK. i have been using it for almost 8 months without any problem but since yesterday i have lost all channels. It just keep on updating data and nothing else.

u need to update firmware to vers 2.800 , or enter codes to fix problem,posted in codes section

hi i live in birmingham and my digivox has gone off the pay channels are encrypted again i rescaned and turn emu on but to no avail has codes have been changed if so could someone give me the codes plaese or if there is another solution to this plase let me know thank u

 

u have 2 options keep on putting in new codes ,yes rolled again,or update firmware to vers 2.800

 

i would prefer the easy way i dont have the software cd or a cable i cn purchase the cable and download software but the problem is how on doing such a thing im not an expert with the digibox i cn type codes easily but if you could give me a detailed tutuorial on what to do i think i could manage it

 

well if u type in ur new codes that will get u going again ,go to starview code page and use ur provider and bookmark page for further info.

sorry agen i think it would be best for me to update the firmware if you could give me detailed instructions on how to do it and what i need to buy i.e the exact cable and also what software and where it can be downloaded from if you could do this for me you r a saint
