    Hi

I brought a copy of the X Files I want to believe on dvd.

I then tried copying it using DVDFAB5 5.1.2.0 version which I have been using a lot.
It Say's that it has been successful but when I play the coped version on my dvd play it just says format disc.

I then format the disc on my dvd play and then the disc is empty.

    I do not under standard?

PS The disc that I have been using to copy on are Sony DVD+RW I have never had a problem with these before

    Good luck.

I was able to back-up my 2-disk version easily. My usual process of dvdfab > fixvts > dvd shrink > imgburn worked perfectly.

Used dvdfab 5110 for this one.

Side note: This was the 9th try at posting this here in the forum. For some reason it was not letting me post here. Strange.

It's deleting whats on the ReWritable when you reformat it. It could be because you are using a a ReWritable that could be the problem. Not all devices can read ReWritables and the ones that can some can only read the first time they are used and after you reformat and use them to burn something else they then won't be able to read them.
