Having problems Using Recode 2 (ERROR LOG)

    I"ve just upgraded to the new Nero Recode 2 For Nero 7 Ultra edition from the 6, the problem is now when i'm burning a dvd from dvd shrink i get this error log......I reverted back to nero 6 ultra edition and burned the dvd from dvd shrink no problem I DON'T KNOW WHATS GOING ON , ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.....

    - EDIT OUT your serial numbers

    - is the burner external, ie USB or similar ?

    - oh dear, looks like your biggest problem is cra media, what discs are those you're using ?. in fact, let's see exactly which disc you have there, download dvd identifier (free) - http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/dvd_tools/dvd_identifier.cfm and use it to 'identify' one of those discs, pasting the results here

    - get rid of Nero's InCD (packet writing software). uninstall Nero, uninstall completely via Nero's Clean Tools, then reinstall Nero WITHOUT installing Incd..
