One problem is that your drive doesn't like your discs... get Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden.

    Hi maskeeta
Not alot wrong here except your drive only recognizes the media as +R. No media id info in log at all. The errors you get point to your drive having a problem w/ the media.
    What brand are you using?
Anything change since you started having burning troubles?

From what I can tell from your drive you should be able to accept DVD +/- R/RW media. I would suggest updating your firmware but a quick google search seems to show that 1.11 (which is the ver your drive has) is the current firmware. I would suggest trying another type of media as well.

im using verbatim 16x dvd+R. im brunig at 2.4x. ya think maybe its a bad batch of discs. the problem really only started when i started this new spool of verbatims. ive tried a couple tdks since too and have gotten errors tehr as well. i tried burning the dvddecrypt right after the nero failure and operation was succesful. i havent watched the dvd but i put it in the dvd player and it read it, the menu cam eup.

You could have just gotten a pack with a few bad ones. Happens sometimes even with the good stuff. I'd stay away from the TDK's though.
Your drive is somewhat older but the oem is Plextor. Last update was almost a year ago - not bad. 16x media though may cause a problem for it though. From your log it looks like the verb's media id isn't in the firmware. This might be part of the problem.
8x verbs may do better for you.

    You're welcome!!
The 16x may be hit or miss. You can try and return them if you like for 8x.
Post back if you need any more help.
