Remove your serial number ...1A20-0218-the-pirates-will-steal-it Nero cannot read from the disc. It is either damaged, or it is a bad burn(too close to the edge of the disc, burned too fast, poor quality media) I would try to use a ripper first and see if you can get it to your HDD. Try DVd Decrypter or ImgBurn, they are both free. Also, I would recommend getting some quality media instead of Dynex, to avoid this kind of problems in the future.
Are you talking about the serial number? If so, by that i meant remove the serial from your post! You will see a little "pencil and paper" on the top right hand corner of your first post. Click it and edit the meassage.
Here you say Here the log says Check your disc ...BTW: These are not good quality discs, try Verbatim or SOny (made in Japan) you could also update your Nero to 6.6.1.15 from here http://www.filehippo.com/download/7717bb2aa35a8a6b405b8322e5dfe50b/download/
Hi Gwen, I think the source disc is damaged/corrupted, and that is the DVD+RW, that't why i recommended a better ripper than nero. The Dynex would be the destination disc. Could also try IsoBueste, works good with damaged discs.
Does this indicate to me that the current files are on a CD....if this is the case you will have to go via this way Make DVD...DVD Video and then select Import disc (files will be extracted to HD) and then when extracted, proceed to BURN Of course if it's in fact a DVD then Nero Recode is the app to use.
