Hello! I am kind of new at this AVI to DVD format thing. And I have alot of movies on my computer in AVI format, but want to watch them on my DVD player. I had recently read a guide using AVI2DVD and it works for a few minutes, but after 5 min into the movie, the audio is thrown off for the rest of the movie or until I fast forward it a little bit to get it back in sync. Is there a problem with my burning process? or the application itself? and if so... is there an application out there that works really well and everytime? Thanks for your time :) and hope someone helps me soon.

If you can spare $60 or so it's way easier to get
a Philips dvp5990 and just burn the .avi files to
    dvd as a data dvd.

If you want to convert to dvd format I'd investigate
FAVC and DVD Flick... both freeware.

You may want to check out DVD Flick or FAVC.
