I am wanting to purchase a 'FusionHDTV DVB-T Plus' capture card, but i just have a normal analogue television antena. Will this capture card automaticly convert my bad reception to HD "DVD Quality" reception? Or do I need a HD Set Top Box for my TV?

For the most part, bad in = bad out. Most of the time, it is worse out.

Actually digital is different to most formats, you will either get it with your antenna or wont get it at all, there is no "in between nasty quality". It will only display if the signal is strong enough.
Get the card, if you get picture your antenna is fine, if you dont get picture you will need a better antenna.
You dont need a set top box, these plug straight into you antenna as well so will have the same problem as the capture card (picture=stong reception, no picture=weak reception)
