HD content/channels

    Hi..i currently use a eurovox (blue) to view v**g*n channels i have noticed more hd channels becoming available when i do a powerscan..what i want to know is if there is a box that i could buy to view the hd channels/programmes in full hd..btw i do have a full hd tv... cheers all
