v8/v9/v10 ps2 users cannot use the SM2 (swap magic 2.0) CD on their ps2's, but they can use their SM2 DVD's. here is the install process: boot up your SM2 DVD, swap in the "cogswap loader dvdr", eject in an original ps2 cd game,and then swap in the exploit install cd-r. my cd swapmagic hardly works would this 'cogswap loader dvdr' work for me as i have like a version 3
Can you tell me if I can boot the hd loader exploit program on a V7 PS2 with an apple pro. Doesn't seem to want to boot for me. Could have burned the disk incorrectly. Or maybe it's not possible to boot it.
Nevermind i got it working. Just had to bounce in and out of the browser so it didn't auto load the cd. Then i clicked on it and it ran fine. Go figure.
