HD loader problem ???????

    i have one seagate 80 GB and one Hd loader and net AD
    I boot the hd loader in my ps2 ....
    then it said i need to format the 80 GB ...
    pass the start ..... and it formatting .........
    but i wait 4 hours ..... still formatting ????????
    why ????????
    can anyone help me ??????
    my ps2 is 30000

    Maybe a Seagate won't work? I don't know for sure, but the only thing I have heard people suggest is Maxtor 40GB-120GB.

    my maxtor 80 took maybe 30 seconds to format. you might need a newer online adapter, the one with the ethernet and dialup plugs, or try a different HD

    its that brand hd , its not compatable . i seen it do the same thing with a western digital hdd .
