Hey guys, I got an original harddrive from my buddy who got his xbox modded. Now, I want to put this in my xbox and install a switch to have both harddrives available. I've heard there's a way to format/unlock the hd using a chipped box? Can anyone inform me as to how I go about doing this? I don't have his eeprom code unfortunately.
you need to unlock it on his xbox with his motherboard...configmagic will do the trick...but you must do it on his xbox.
Thanks mdsup. But if this is the only way, i guess i'll have to get another harddrive cuz he went off to Florida for the summer! Drat! LOL thanks for the help anyway
