My HD is clicking. I'm assuming that it defected. Now, is there a program that will allow me to put my xbox HD in my computer, and transfer files (like WinHiip for PS2)?
NO, not a defect, the hdd is going bad. It will die at any moment and your info on the drive will be gone. WHAT DO YOU DO??? 1 - Backup the EEPROM.bin file to your PC and save it a floppy 2 - FTP all the files you will need from it to your PC and back them up 3 - Get a new hdd
