HDAdvance doesn't even boot.

    I put the damn disk in, the network adaptor makes weird ass beeping sounds, and after the white PS2 logo, it just sits on a blackscreen. A couple of times it just sits on a blackscreen after inserting the disk, then just puts me back to the PS2 browser. I'm using 3.0 NTSC and the offcial 40GB PS2 HDD.
    Edit-It's HDAdvance, not HDloader.
