Hey Folks, Just a note, I heard how everybody was having to go through a bunch of rebuilding of starwars BF, but I figured I'd try it just using dvddecryptor, worst case scenario,I'd have another coaster, but it works fine, so far, I'm using a fliptop with swapmagic, has anyone else had the same success?

    skorpeo,

Just to let you know, copying the game wasn't the problem addressed in this thread. The issue was with HDLoader and HDAdvance (playing Battlefront from a hard disk).

Good to hear you've copied the game successfully. Perhaps you should post it on a thread about Battlefront and the ability to create a backup of it.

ok ive just loaded swbfront straight from the disk into my ps2, takes forever and when it nearly completed it came up with loads of read errors, but i just clicked ok anyway.
well i enabled all three modes and what do you now it booted up.
well agter a bit of testing at the end of a round the game frooze up.
so im going to try and install through the pc again.
    fingers crossed.

i do have one question, are people changing the system.cnf file for disk space usage reasons.as it halfs the size of the iso.
me i aint bothered over space im using a 200gb seagate HDD.

i know me again, but this is my last post on the subject.
i renamed the system.cnf.burned it to disk then loaded it to the ps2 the long way through hdadvance.
well all works fine now,go figure.
it just wouldnt work transfering the iso from the pc to HDD.
OH WELL ALL IS GOOD NOW.

hmm i have no spare dvds and evrytime i dump swbf on my hdd it just goes black.

i tried rebulding via putting all the files in nero in the order the appear in isobuster.

i also used sony dvd generator to rebuild the iso but still nto working.

i use hdadvance 1.00 <<--- i dont think this has modes? if so how do i set them?
